The COVID-19 pandemic has affected economic activity worldwide. The challenge for borders and companies is how to overcome mobility restrictions. Even in the case of important services like the agri-food industry, the move has been difficult to make. This paper aims to show how the wine and olive oil industry in Spain has changed their activities to respond to new trends and trends, using new technologies as strategic tools, and making many innovations and -perpetuate their presence. in national and international markets. This research was carried out mainly through qualitative research, using in-depth interviews as the main tool to obtain strategic information from the managers of the company and the policy makers of the country. The results show that when policy makers and managers work together, regardless of their differing views, the outcome is a positive one for competitive advantage and innovation. new plans of the region, making the company and the territory itself possible.

The stress and rapid global spread of COVID-19 has caused the majority of countries to face unprecedented challenges in the health and economic sectors.
